• It is believed that without visiting the Vavar mosque, the Sabarimala pilgrimage would be incomplete.
• The famous Sabarimala temple is open to people from all religions & caste.
• And by the way, when the temple closes at night, it still plays Harivarasanam rendition by Shri K. J. Yesudas
  

So we have a Hindu temple, pilgrimage to which is considered incomplete without a visit to a Mosque, and where the deity listens to a rendition of his favorite song sung by a Christian. What more can you ask for? This is India!
